We are seeing fulfillment & shipping times improving for EssentialVibe, with fulfillment times returning to 3 days on average. Your items will be delivered with Royal Mail in the UK and delivery time is also returning to normal.
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
The current shipping price for all our items is shown below:

- Sweatshirts: £4.70
- Cropped Sweatshirts: £4.70
Any additional items ordered will increase shipping by £1.70. Keep an eye out on for our shipping discounts
Packages Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to our warehouse please email us at [email protected] with confirmation of your shipping address and order number so we may investigate. If the reason for return by carrier is “insufficient address” we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
If your package is returned due to “no signature” we will be able to reship but the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. If it is deemed carrier error we will be able to reship without additional charges to the customer.
